Professor Prem Kirpal was a pioneer thinker-educationist who served as Chairman UNESCO Executive Board 1970-1972, as Secretary Education Govt of Punjab / India and as Chairman Delhi Public School Society which in 2023 runs over 200 DPSs in India and abroad.
